The future of the digital nomad lifestyle begins with a digital nomad visa

Introduced fairly recently, digital nomad visas have made it even easier for digital nomads to work remotely and live abroad. At first, only a handful of countries offered this visa, but since the middle of 2020, more and more are hopping on board.

This is your definitive index for digital nomad visas you can apply for today. Plus we will update this article when more become available.

What is a Digital Nomad Visa?

A digital nomad visa allows remote workers, business owners, and freelancers to live in a foreign country. Typically, a digital nomad visa lasts for at least one year with the ability to renew it.

Technically, these are simply resident permits and not “visas.” With a digital nomad visa, individuals are not allowed to work for a company in the country they are living in.

They can simply live there.

How Can You Apply?

Applying for visas, especially a digital nomad visa, can be confusing. Every country has a slightly different process with individual requirements. So, it’s important to do as much research possible.

There is an easier way to apply for a digital nomad visa, though!

Nomads Embassy’s visa services can help you successfully file your application quickly through our structured process. We’ll let you know everything you need to apply, the requirements, and provide the necessary resources to submit your application.
