Force Majeure Event – an event, or a series of related events, that is outside the reasonable control of the Party affected (including but not limited to failures of or problems with the Internet or a part of the Internet, hacker attacks, virus or other malicious software attacks, power failures, telecommunication failures, disputes affecting any third party, changes to the law, disasters, explosions, fires, floods, riots, strikes, terrorist attacks, wars, government restrictions, embargoes, earthquakes).

Please note that once a Service has commenced, our ‘No Refunds’ policy comes into effect. The policy can be accessed here. This policy is in strict compliance with the consumer protection laws of Estonia, reflecting our commitment to providing personalized, bespoke services.

Digital Nomad Visa Consultation:

  • A key service available to registered users, this involves a one-hour consultation with a specialized immigration lawyer.
  • The session is designed to provide tailored advice on the Digital Nomad Visa application process, specific to your individual circumstances.
  • Please understand that while we connect you with experienced legal professionals, Nomads Embassy® itself does not provide legal advice or influence visa decisions.

Done-For-You Digital Nomad Visa Application Service:

  • Our comprehensive service assists Users from the beginning to the end of the Digital Nomad Visa application process.

Done-For-You Digital Nomad Visa Application Service:

  • This comprehensive service includes a detailed breakdown of costs, which will be provided upfront.
  • The total fee typically encompasses:
    • Professional networking fee by Nomads Embassy®;
    • Administrative and processing fees;
    • Legal fees for the immigration lawyer handling your Visa application.
  • All fees associated with this service are required to be paid in advance.
  • Please be aware that additional costs may arise during the application process, depending on your specific circumstances. These may include, but are not limited to, government fees, document procurement fees, or other incidental expenses.

‘No Refunds’ Policy:

  • In accordance with our commitment to providing personalized services, we maintain a strict ‘No Refunds’ policy once the provision of a Service has commenced.
  • This policy is in line with the consumer protection laws of Estonia and reflects the resources and effort expended in the initiation of Services.

Additional Costs:
