We, Nomads Embassy, are a for-profit private company and are not affiliated with any government or official embassy. We provide visa application services to individuals seeking to obtain a digital nomad visa.

  1. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

It is important to note that we, Nomads Embassy, do not guarantee that our clients will receive the visa. 

The decision to grant (or refuse) a visa is made by the relevant government agency and we have no influence or control over the decision-making process of the relevant government agency and cannot guarantee the outcome of the visa application.

This means that while we will make every effort to ensure that our clients’ applications are processed accurately and efficiently, we cannot guarantee that the government agency will approve the visa application. 

The decision to grant a visa is based on various factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s qualifications, background, and compliance with visa requirements. It’s important to understand that even if an applicant meets all visa requirements and provides all necessary documentation, the government agency may still decide to reject the application.

Additionally, it’s important to note that the visa application process can be subject to change, and new requirements may be introduced or existing requirements may be modified by the relevant government agency, at any time, without prior notice.

By using our visa application service, clients acknowledge and agree that they understand that we do not guarantee visa approval and that the decision to grant a visa is made by the relevant government agency.

  1. Professional and Diligent Service

We guarantee only that we, and our partners, will provide our visa application service in a professional and diligent manner.

We, Nomads Embassy, guarantee that we and our partners will provide our visa application service in a professional and diligent manner. This means that we will conduct our business with the highest standards of integrity and excellence, and will make every effort to ensure that our clients’ applications are processed accurately and efficiently.

Our services include but are not limited to the following:

  • Reviewing clients’ applications for completeness and compliance with visa requirements
  • Preparation of all required documents
  • Submission of the application to the relevant government agency
  • Following up on the status of the application
  • Providing support and guidance throughout the visa application process

We will provide our clients with regular updates on the status of their application and will take all necessary steps to ensure that their application is processed as quickly as possible. 

We will also be available to answer any questions that our clients may have and will provide them with any additional support they may need.

We will also ensure that all information provided by clients is kept confidential and secure. In addition, We will make sure that all partners involved in the process are also in compliance with professional and diligent service.

Please note that this guarantee of professional and diligent service applies only to the services provided by us and our partners, and does not extend to the decision-making process of the relevant government agency.

  1. Money-Back Guarantee

We, Nomads Embassy, do offer a money-back guarantee. 

If an applicant is not approved for a digital nomad visa within 183 days of submitting their application through our service, we will refund the applicant 100% of the fee paid for our service.

It’s important to note that our service fee does not include any government service tax or government application fees. This means that clients will still be responsible for any fees charged by the relevant government agency for their visa application. 

Our service fee is only for the services that we provide, which include but are not limited to reviewing clients’ applications for completeness and compliance with visa requirements, preparation of all required documents, submission of the application to the relevant government agency, following up on the status of the application and providing support and guidance throughout the visa application process.

This guarantee is contingent upon the applicant meeting all visa requirements and providing all required documents in a timely manner. Clients must understand that if they don’t meet all visa requirements or if they don’t provide all required documents in a timely manner, they may not be eligible for the money-back guarantee.

  1. Responsibility of Applicant

It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that they meet all visa requirements and provide all necessary documentation. We, Nomads Embassy, will not be held liable for any errors or omissions on the part of the applicant.


This means that it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they are eligible for the visa they are applying for and that they have provided all necessary documentation and information required by the relevant government agency.

We will assist the client in the process and review their application for completeness and compliance with visa requirements, however, ultimately it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the application is accurate and complete.


Clients should also be aware that if they provide false or misleading information in their application, it can lead to the rejection of their application and/or legal consequences.


Additionally, it is the responsibility of the client to stay informed about the status of their application and to respond promptly to any requests for additional information or documentation from the relevant government agency.

We, Nomads Embassy, shall not be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising in connection with our visa application service or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure. 

This means that our company will not be held liable for any damages that may occur as a result of using our service, including but not limited to, any errors or omissions on our part, technical difficulties, or any other issues that may arise.

This limitation of liability applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to, compensatory, consequential, special, exemplary, incidental, indirect, or similar damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if we, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses, or expenses.
