Processing Time: 5 business days
Bermuda’s digital nomad visa is one of the few with processing times of less than one week. After submitting your online application and paying the $263 USD visa fee, you will receive an answer in just five business days.
This digital nomad visa also has no minimum income requirement. You simply have to show that you have the financial means to support yourself on the island. It is important to note that Bermuda is known for having a high cost of living, though.
With the Work from Bermuda Certificate, remote workers and students attending online universities can live in the country for up to one year.

Processing Time: 30 days
With Colombia’s digital nomad visa, remote workers earning at least $900 per month can stay in the country for up to two years. The application process is done entirely online and takes just 30 days to process.

In just a week, you could be on your way to starting a new chapter in the marvelous city of Dubai in the UAE. After submitting your online application, you will receive an answer about your digital nomad visa status in just one week.
Once approved, you can stay in Dubai for up to one year and explore the lifestyle, attractions, and more during your time there. To be eligible, you have to earn at least $3,500 USD per month and work remotely.

Greece
Processing Time: 10 days
Greece has the fastest processing time for digital nomad visas in Europe. After submitting your application to a Greek consulate in your country of residence, it will take just ten days to process it. In some cases, you will have to leave your passport at the consulate, so make sure you do not have international trips planned during this time.
Greece’s digital nomad visa allows remote workers and their immediate family members to live in the country for up to five years, with the option to apply for permanent residency.
It is important to mention that after arriving in Greece, if you wish to stay for more than one year, you must apply for a two-year residence permit. The processing time for the residence permit can be around eight to ten months. However, you may stay in Greece during this time.

Hungary
Processing Time: 30 days
Digital nomads who enjoy the solo travel lifestyle can live in Hungary for up to two years with the digital nomad visa. Depending on your nationality, you may submit your application online or directly in Hungary as a tourist or at a Hungarian embassy or consulate. After submitting your application, it takes just 30 days to receive an answer.
It’s important to note that Hungary’s digital nomad visa does not allow family inclusion. You must also not leave Hungary for more than 90 days at a time in order to keep your residency valid.

Processing Time: 7 days
Indonesia’s long-awaited digital nomad visa allows remote employees to live in the country for up to two years. The application process is done entirely online and takes just one week to process. After receiving approval, digital nomads have 90 days to enter Indonesia and apply for their temporary residence permit.
It’s important to point out that this visa is only for remote employees who work for companies established outside of Indonesia and earn at least $60,000 USD per year. At this time, family inclusion is not allowed.

Spain is the most popular digital nomad visa of 2024. With a path to permanent residency after five years and citizenship after ten, it offers remote workers and their family members a unique opportunity to live in Europe.
There are two methods to apply for Spain’s digital nomad visa and residence permit. The fastest way is to apply as a tourist in Spain for the three-year residence permit under the digital nomad visa law. The permit only takes 20 days to process and allows you to stay in Spain for three years, and is renewable for an additional two years.

The new Destination Thailand Visa is gaining popularity amongst remote workers. It is a five-year multiple-entry visa that allows digital nomads to stay in the country for 180 days upon each entry. It also offers one chance to extend a stay for an additional 180 days during this period.
To apply for the Destination Thailand Visa, you must either submit an application online or through a Royal Thai Embassy. It takes just 15 days to process the application.
It’s important to understand that this is not an immigrant visa. Instead, it is an extended tourist visa. However, it is the perfect scheme for remote workers who wish to stay in Southeast Asia.

Uruguay
Processing Time: 10 days
Not only is Uruguay one of the digital nomad visas with fast processing times, but it is also one of the easiest to get. With no minimum income requirement and an online application, remote workers can live in the country for up to one year.
